Refund & Return
Return is acceptable if the item is in its original condition.
Item must be returned within 14 days after the buyer received it. Return postage bear by the buyers.
Please note the PAYPAL only can refund within 60 days of the payment day, we will not offer any refund after 60 days.
Refund for the item excluding the shipping cost and insurance will be issued within one business day after we have received the item back.
Please note: if the original condition items returned with damage, no matter how, we need 10%-50% depreciation charge, depending on the damage.
We’ll also refund shipping and handling and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Shipping & Handling Charge
Free shipping provided up to maximum weight 2KG.
Items will be posted within 1-3 business day from Hong Kong to the designated address, once the payment has been confirmed.
All items will be posted via international Registered Airmail with tracking number provided. Postage and handling fee is lower and please allow 16 – 28 days for the mailing.
If you need the item urgently or should you prefer to use other international express service provider, please contact us and specify, shipping cost will be quoted in according.
